In my twenties, living as an immigrant in Winnipeg, Canada, I have started this blog to inspire and share experiences. I work full-time as a Personnel Manager at Walmart and then part-time from home with City of Winnipeg.
I live in a beautiful little apartment with my lovely younger brother, and I love to talk and share. I have always enjoyed helping fellow students and friends, especially when they are new to the country. I don’t want anyone to miss the details that I missed.
What else do I love? Painting ! I love to draw, sketch and doodle. I got the skills from my father who is a visual artist. Checkout his paintings on Instagram or his website.
My favorite quote: ‘Pray for the best, prepare for the worst’. I don’t know who wrote it, but I heard and learned this from my mother. She always taught me to pray and hope that the best things would happen, but even if there was to be a downfall, you should be prepared to take upon anything coming your way. And I live by that.
